CREAM PIE

We have the best recipe for our childhood dessert. A rich cream filling from 100% pure cow milk and traditional pastry sheets compose the Greek traditional cream pie, a flavour foul of memories.   

INGREDIENTS

Pastry sheet, 100% pure cow milk, goat milk butter, sugar, eggs, semolina, vanilla, cornflower

Pastry sheet: wheat flour, water, margarine, corn starch, salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven at 180 fan mode.

Place the pie on the oven straight from the the freezer. No thawing needed.

Beak off for approximately 20′ (depending on the performance of your oven).
