A beloved flavour with carefully selected ingredients from Greece. A Greek traditional pie with mature flavour from Greek cheeses and crunchy pastry sheets.

INGREDIENTS

Pastry sheet, feta cheese PDO (25%), mizithra cheese, cow milk, Greek style yogurt, eggs, corn oil, pepper

Pastry sheet: wheat flour, water, margarine, corn starch, salt

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven at 180 fan mode.

Place the pie on the oven straight from the the freezer. No thawing needed.

Beak off for approximately 20′ (depending on the performance of your oven).
